Himalayan Consensus Summit 2017: Proceedings Report

The Himalayan Consensus Summit (HCS) is a multi-stakeholder event involving members of the civil society, government, development institutions and the private sector across the Himalayan region. The agenda of the HCS program is to design and create sustainable alternative solutions based on grass root and alternative efforts that are being developed. This time the summit was held in Kathmandu on March 23 and 24, 2017. It was jointly organized by Nepal Economic Forum (NEF) and Himalayan Consensus Institute (HCI).
