Himalayan Consensus Summit 2016: Proceedings Report

The Himalayan Consensus Summit (HCS) is a multi-stakeholder event involving members of the civil society, government, development institutions and the private sector across the Himalayan region. The agenda of the HCS program is to design and create sustainable alternative solutions based on grass root and alternative efforts that are being developed. The first summit was held in Kathmandu on March 17 and 18, 2016. It was jointly organized by Nepal Economic Forum (NEF) and Himalayan Consensus Institute (HCI).
