As South Asia undergoes a significant and swift wave of change in terms of climate change and the economy, major challenges have been anticipated for its sustainable growth. The transition from a linear to a circular economy offers a solution to this through the integration of economic activity and environmental well-being. In this context, as part of its new initiative Himalayan Circular Economy Forum (HiCEF), Nepal Economic Forum (NEF) organized a round table discussion on 29 August 2019 with various stakeholders to gain insights on this fostering economic system and its translation in Nepal.
